That would be the chicken and egg situation, as you say. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva;">But my statement that you quoted was made on the condtion where a wreck occurred during an emergency application made by the engineer. In that case, it would seem conclusive that the emergency application caused the wreck. Otherwise it would have to be an incredible coincidence such as an engineer dumping the air for some reason, and an axle just happening to break at the same moment, for instance. </span> </p>
