Well, evenin' all. Am glad our rain dance helped somebody. Didn't take effect here on the sandbar. Still hot at 9:30. Supposed to be a scorcher on Wed.
CUBS WIN! CUBS WIN! Hold on while I shut TV off. Ok now I can concentrate.
Railfan619 [#welcome] Only 1 rule here: DON'T and I repeat DON'T ruffle the fur or the feathers of the help in the Diner. They will let you know. ( Don't ask how I know this)
Jay, yea the unit. Had some friends in the 25th in CRB.
Cw- cooking cookies in this heat? [bow] Chocolate chip?? Did Mutt leave any for us?
By the way, have you ever heard of a concoction of 1/3 peanut butter, 1/3 butter, and 1/3 honey? MAMA (note spelling) used to make it. We used it on toast. Mama (note spelling) had never had it, so I made a bowlfull up this AM while she was at work. She liked it, but asked me if it had a name. I can't think of one but thought maybe some of the more culinary types here had heard of it and know if it had a name. We always had a bowlfull in the fridge when growing up.
Well, time to let the wonder mutt out. She's doing her best puppy dawg eyes impression, even though she's 14 in human years. Willy
