[/quote] Actually Mook, I have seen a cookbook with a recipe for "Sunday 'Coon Bake" and I think there were some recipes for squirrel and possum in there too. Granted this was from some of my "kin folk" back in Tennessee. A bit too rustic for my taste though and as Cousin Eddie says in Christmas Vacation they are just too high in cholesterol.[;)]
