DAVIS trucking looses evidence dispute to AMTRAK & UP

Even if you checked the route and noted a grade crossing, how do you know that its warning is too short for your vehicle? </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Adjusting speed to conditions is related to weather, traffic, and such variables. I don't think it means that a driver is responsible for checking the road engineering to make sure it is safe. </span></span></p>
