<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Well changing the law to give permission to pass activated signals would make it less safe, but I can see the point of not making people miss their train just because signals are activated for no reason. That is the part they are referring to when they say the present law is too paternal. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">It seems to me that what is needed is a way for the standing train to shut off its contribution to the activation of the signals. </span></span></p>
