Hi, I was railfanning in Reading too. I saw the engines on November 30th in Reading Yard. December 2nd i went to Allentown Yard and I saw the engines there too. I don't know why they are here. No one that i know of bought them. They are probably just transfer power. <br /> <br />Aaron
