Did anyone else notice the year listed in the Metrolink article for today's newswire? Are we going back in time?

Maybe it was a nostalgic typo?

The San Bernardino line trains are generally crowded so those extra cars are needed. But the only time I rode the Inland Empire-OC run the train had very few people. Then again it was a weekday, after the morning rush was over.

The Redlands branch was upgraded for about a mile but I have not heard anything recently about extending trains along that route.
