Hidden Cost of Truck Road Damage?

It may just as well be that automobiles do not pay their fair share of the cost. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">But in any case, the solution is simple. The government just needs to set the taxes and fees to cover the cost. Why don't they do that?</span></span></p>
