Its removed...so let it go. My biggest beef with you and with Bucyrus and with Convicted One is that I do not singularly cause the lockdown of a thread.  Any perception to the contrary is false.  It may come as a surprise to you, but I do not wield that sort of power.  And I will not stand accused on a public forum by you or anyone else of having done so.
