INCO Locomotive Roster (plagiarism?)

I have received my copy of Feb 2002 Trains magazine and read the good article on the INCO Operations, good photos too. When I got the back of the article, I noticed the web link for the online roster information, so I went to it. I looked at it and it look exactly the same as on the UnOfficial INCO Railway Information site at http://www.trainweb.org/incorail
Could trains.com have stolen this guys information? I also noted that there was no credit given, but yet the rosters look identical. I urge anyone to compare the two pages and post your oppinions. I have known about the UnOfficial INCO Railway Site for about a year and a half, so he has been around for a while.

I don't know who "this guy" is, but the information as to INCO's roster belongs to INCO and no one else. One cannot copyright information about anyone's roster or anything else unless it is information about your own company or you have permission of the owner. If someone puts information about a company's operations on the web it it assumed to be for public use and with the permission of the company involved. In sum, unless INCO gave the poster express permission to copyright the information, it cannot be plagiarized, nor stolen, which is a very strong word to use here.

True, Information cannot be copyrighted, but format can, and If you look at the format, they are identical.
