If the objective of the federal government was to protect the traveling public from the menace of flying saucers, then surely the applications would contain some assertion that train travel accomplishes that. </P> <P>[/quote]</P> <P><FONT face=verdana,geneva>Why does Washington favor an objective that a public train serve locally grown produce?</FONT></P>
