Yet another one: rrhistorical.com
and the magazine: railwayage.com
They have about 35+ forums, very easy to use and
very active: by individual railroads, by several of the states, by several regions, and others too!

railroad.net/forums is an EXCELLENT forum! It has sub-categories for different States, Railroads, and many other interest groups. An excellent source of information!
