<P mce_keep="true">My wife and I flew from Austin to Long Beach with an intermediate stop at Phoenix. We had to deplane, pick up a boarding pass, and wait for the same plane to reload. Our baggage stayed on the plane; cows and baggage are different from people. Remember the hullabaloo about pigs and cows can ride through Chicago but people can't?</P> <P mce_keep="true">The Spring 2010 issue of Classic Trains has an article about a transfer run in Chicago. I think a person could probably walk faster than the transfer's speed.</P> <P mce_keep="true">Art</P>
