If you think they're going to file for Chapter 11 or 13........companies do it all the time. Actually, companies would use Chaspter 7 (liquidation) or Chapter 11 (reorganization). Chapter 13 deals with personal bankruptcies, not corporate. 4. The CSX shareholders meeting is 5 May. Other than that..the tip is as good to me as one of those spams I keep getting on "hot stock tips" Absolutely true. And it takes up valuable space on the board as well. LC [/quote]
