SD60M comes in several versions. Two and Three windshield models for the 60, Two for the 70. The 60 has HT-C trucks, like the SD40-2, and the 70 has HT-R trucks which look totally weird. The 70 is longer and has an extra intake on the rear of the long hood I think on one side only. They both have the 710G prime mover with the 60 at 3800hp and the 70 at 4000. The 60 has the -2 sight glass on the right side of the long hood and I think the 70 does not. WWW.Railfan.net has loads of photo's
