Amtk Pennsylvanian scanner freqs?
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, June 22, 2004 2:26 PM
I'll be taking the Pennsylvanian from NJ to Pittsburgh this weekend. What are the scanner frequencies along the way, or where can I find them? I've never used a scanner before, although I've traveled the Pennsylvanian before and would like to listen to Amtrak & NS.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Don't know about in-train radio, but the C&E will be talking to the dispatcher on the hosting RR home frequency. Looks like 160.800 might be the ticket, but if you pay a visit to http://www.fordyce.org/cgi-bin/yabb3/YaBB.cgi you might be able to discern more. There is also a link to NJ...

Happy Scanning!
