Right! Go one step further and figure out a way to cater to the passing train crews. Not sure how a pizza would survive being hooped up by a passing train trainorders-style. I remember hearing of some trackside eatery serving UP crews that way, Wyoming I think. Anyway, crews would phone or radio their order ahead, and pull up slowly to a window-level shelf for the rollby pick-up. Not sure how they paid...in advance with credit card or a company voucher maybe. Yes, a trackside pizza place with a full-blown RR theme would be neat. Gotta make its money off the non-railfan crowd too, but sure couldn't hurt to attract our special breed of customer.
