Some of those were shot right here in Lincoln at Mookie's watch spot. Eat your heart out guys!

But...watching Nora take pictures is interesting. She just points and shoots. Doesn't set up anything, just casually waits for the engine to get where she wants and snaps it. I think that may be part of the secret. She isn't all uptight about it. Plus she has an artistic eye and knows what looks good in the viewer. Some of that has to come from within, or you won't take good pictures no matter how great and $$$$ a camera.

Isn't this great - Ed and Nora have to buy the cameras, take the pictures, submit the pictures and we just sit here and enjoy! What a country!

Kev - your English is coming along very nicely, but you need to brush up on your math skills[;)]... that's 80,000 pennies, which is still a lot of scouting. [:D]

More than I can probably find in my sofa, to be sure.

I think we both have the same camera, Minolta Dimage Hi7...
Still, skill counts.
I especially like the photo of one of her sons looking out the window, his reflection looking back at him.
Most people would go to a lot of effort to get a shot like that, and never get it right, but I get the feeling she noticed it, and just waited till it was "right" and got the shot..

You have to learn what the camera sees, instead of what you eyes see, it different.
