I as a receiver had a co worker or the pm receiver come to work drunk not been drinking but drunk as a snunk.later on I had a Supervisor come to work drunk. drinking has its place and its not doing a job as there is no Honor in a fool filled with Alchol ready to explode at anyone or not knowing common sense in time needed.you on the rails need to be there to work.sadly I grew up seeing Railroad workers who abused there rights when it came to drinking.
