Union's are crap. They had there time and place.Did any one ever notice that all the union reps are the dog f**kers and complainers.I was a CAW member for many years then with management then you have put up even more with all the babies. Now I work for myself and could not be happier. CSX if you want to go have a hoot pack it in. Things got way out of hand and it is to bad that the railways waited until something had to happen. But thats the only way the railway will ever change things. I seen many things in my years working for the railway if you dont like it do something about it.Rule G is here to stay so get over it.
