I am proud to be Canadian as be a Rail fan..in years past there was the Via Rail accident where a teenager tampered with the switch.the youth was very much given the royal silk glove treatment with the Railroad CN Rail accused of using the wrong type of lock which was used for generations.in the end he confessed to not only tampering but watching it happen. Crimes against the rails are crimes against all..stay alert stay safe. David Brown
