[/quote] You’re the one who accused the industry of failing to replace existing practice with something better.  Then I asked you to give an example of what could be replaced with something better, and you say that I am asking a loaded question.  If that seems like a loaded question, your premise about the industry failing to modernize must be on rather thin ice.
