heh, I said to myself, I bet the reply I first get will be someone who's burned a CD him/her self from the vinyl. So, it sounds like you had the vinyl originally, then taped it and then burned a CD from the tape; does that sound about right? My trouble started when, without realizing it, my vinyl was exposed to some kind of oil my JVC turntable was kicking off. It could probably be cleaned, but the job entailed would not be worth it, I'd imagine. So we're talkng here of a 3rd/4th generation copy. How do you feel about the quality? How much would be involved all together' I live in Western Canada. I'm sure the cost would not be prohibitive. Please let me know.
