Bleh. I hate toll roads. They keep trying to sell them up here, with very little success. <br /> <br />I'll bet I know why they are doing that. Since the country is largely poor, it's hard to run the roads on property taxes or on income taxes. So they are putting tolls in, trying to gain cash off US tourists and off NAFTA traffic from US owned businesses to the US border. Bet they are doing pretty good, too. No wonder they prefer shipping by rail to the US -- no tolls!
