Don: These concepts I outlined were under study up here even before the revenue shortfalls. It was more a matter of their eyes being bigger than their wallets. Now it has only gotten worse. As for the property value trick, we passed a measure up here that limits valuation increases not related to new construction to 3%. Now, to roads in Mexcio- I am not familiar with these. Can you enlighten me, non-Amtrak tho it is? (We'll say it affects public transportation policy.) AC
