ADVICE NEEDED <br /> <br />I am 23 have a college degree and been trying to get hired on by the UP. I lift weights with an engineer on the UP and he told me I for sure would get hired. Only problem is I can't even get an interview. As short of crews as they are especially in Iowa what and who are they looking for. Do I have to have military experience before they will consider me?
