Yeah, well, Auburn WA didn't get their way either. Last I saw, BNSF is running trains over the hump and straight through town. But at issue here is that in building longer corridors, more of these cities will be effected, and in highly populated locations like Texas and California, they've got a lot of house seats. <br /> <br />It may be, however, much as you piont out, more an issue of engineering than of impossibility. <br /> <br />Alexander
