<p>I am picking up a distinct theme in much of the news coverage that the wreck was the fault of the "system" rather than being the fault of the engineer.  </p><p>Denise Tyrrell of Metrolink said she could not imagine a scenario where a Metrolink engineer would texting someone while driving a train.  I can't imagine anyone not being able to imagine that scenario.  </p>
