Terry, <br /> <br />Why should I pay taxes to provide a passenger train option for y'all in the NEC (or anywhere else for that matter) when you are not paying taxes to provide one for me? If it is a right, as a public utility, then where is mine? <br /> <br />Sorry to have to be so blunt. - Ed
