Solar activity that is currently not happening. Also, the ocean absorbs CO2 largely. And the CO2 levels in the ocean are larger than usual at depths that are unusual. I'd be happy to buy the warmth causes CO2, but I don't know the the warming mechanism. Except for CO2.[/quote]Would you then conclude that it is possible that we are experiencing a naturally caused warming trend even though we don't know the cause?
