Not a great day for the dispatcher

Jay: Sure. Every engineer is a unique individual and has their own style, just as every dispatcher is unique and has their own style. Kansas City Southern was such an up-and-down railroad with such a broad variety of trains, engineering standards, and people, that these differences were pretty sharply defined. I'm not so sure you would see it on other railroads as clearly, however. <br /> <br />
