The UP has been in tough shape for upwards of 6 months now. They're slowly coming out of it in some corridors, but they have p-o'd a good number of shippers. They're remarkable inconsistant on transit times right now. <br /> <br />It may not be as bad as the SP - UP merger meltdown, but it ain't good by any stretch of the imagination.
