[:)][/quote] why don't we just get rid of the FRA while were at it?..the STB  & all those other  unnecessary  agencies [Osha etc.]....if the employees don't trust their lives with the Carriers, they can just quit...find another job...just think how much taxes we could save by dismantling these  government agencies...after all, unless you're a railroader, what do they do for you?...[soapbox]
