Just heard yesterday that both Amtrak and CSX are being sued for a accident that happened back in '91 over by Syracuse China. Supposedly, both rr's have gotten rid of the 'blackbox' info from that incident, but that's not why their being sued. Here's the link to the full story:

Amtrak fired the engineer last week for sleeing on the job. Engineer also admitted to it as well!

After reading the ramblings on rule G then this one all i can say is i wouldnt admit to it. even if they caught me with a doobie in the left hand and cell phone in the right lining up girls . i wouldnt admit to anything i tell them i was praying ...yep thats it i was praying, that is why i missed those pretty red and yellow signals. then i tell them if you stand on your head all those signals look the same. maybe he get a section 8
