Kevin, <br />I think the merger will be a marriage of equals, not a buy out by BNSF. What ever happens, I agree with you that the paint scheme selected would be interesting. NS is very conservative and BNSF very flashy with their paint. <br />The railroads will merge into two transcontinental <br />systems in the future. We may not like this, but they have to merge to compete with trucks that can cross the country as one carrier.
