Well that sure sheds some light on the whole deal. This is a classic case of "not my fault" victimization. You have a mom with kids in a minivan. Most of the news media types will simply find it impossible to not see her as the victim of the corporate bully railroad. What an illustration! Because the railroad has neglected to safeguard the crossing with gates, a mom driving a minivan with children drove like a fugitive from justice through a parking lot, racing with such intense focus on her train rival that she forgot to look both ways. What's the speed limit in that parking lot anyway?
