I live next to the Ohio Central tracks in Newcomerstown ,Ohio.Both Ohio Central and Norfolk and Southern use these tracks.There are several engineers that wave at me sitting on my porch and a couple that give me a little toot when they go by.But ,there are a couple of them that won't even look my way,so I know what you are talking about.Lloyd Bradford
