Light rail in particular is so green it walks on water. The negative impact of the green movement on rail is the loss of traffic of the things we are told to give up, like coal, and our abundant lifestyle. But why do you suggest autos? I cannot think of anything that has a bigger bulls eye on it, and is considered less green than the private automobile. </p>
