Only that they know the relevant rules.</p><p>[/quote]</p><p>I Would DEFINATELY want the dispatcher to get his arse out of the chair and pounding the ballast in the territory he runs. It will make him or her a much better dispatcher.</p><p>As long they sort out the pecking order from the top all the way down to the choo choo crew... Im content.</p>
