CSX Local Timetable?

I was looking at Bullsheet's list of locals and it seems that they are missing some. Under Georgia they list everything on the Gainesville Midland spur, but I can't find a thing for Athens. I know that they run at least one local a day because they keep a caboose here for that specific reason.

Can anyone think of a reason that they may not have included these locals?

I like the Bullsheet site, but I don't know how they got their info or how often they verify it. They also do a newsletter, I believe. If you have info on the local, they'd probably appreciate it, especially if you can give them the symbol (ie, B778). Haven't checked, but I have to believe there is contact info somewhere on the site.
