The organization represented by the site: http://dmetraintruth.com/ is still running radio commercials stating that the DM&E is asking for the public sector loan. Since the loan has been denied, I wonder if the ads are stating a lie.  I wonder if the false information could be considered malicious, and therefore, libelous.
