Keep in mind, federal aid to UP and BNSf of late has been in the form of grants, not loans. I'll bet DM&E has paid taxes to aid it's competitors, huh?</p><p>C'mon, do you really want to go down this road?</p><p>All industries pay taxes. Said taxes go into the general fund for the most part. It is the feds who decide how that fund is dispersed. No one individual entity can dictate how their particular tax payments are used.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
