<p>If I had 100 years notice that we will lose all East Coast Cities that lie at 250 feet and lower on land above the sea level, I would scrap those places and migrate everything inland right away. It will take a generation or two but if we are going to preserve the USA as we know it it needs to be done.</p><p>None of that little stuff like changing light bulbs for me thank ye.</p><p>If the temperatures are supposed to get too hot for reliable wheat and other crops I might build very large systems that controls the atmosphere and protect the crop. We may lose a certain percentage of acreage and possibly generate enough employment to make those towns boom again between the Rockies and the Midwest.</p>
