Heck I look at the FMCSA and the HOS we had a system that worked for 70 years and then they changed it. Now they are going for their 4 try to fix what was NOT BROKE and will still not listen to the drivers as to what is wrong with the industry. Same issues are there in the RR yet the workers are the last to get asked.

Alot of the Companies that make up the Fed-Ex LTL and National were Intermodal companioes prior to being bought out by FedEx. Watkins and National Freightways were 2 of the carriers they bought out and both were larger RR users to move their Trailers. Fed Ex is more than likely keeping the freightlanes the same and using the RR's to ship the longer distance.
