i am basically new to model trains and well cut to the chase someone gave me a set of trains when i was cleaning the engine i noticed all the wiring inside the engine was apart. i really would like to try and get this guy running so does anyone know where i can get a wiring diagram for this engine. the markings on the bottom lionel diesel switcer blt 8-57 by lionel. on the twosides santa fe and the lower rear blt 8-57 by lionel just behind the bottom of the cab door 218. it is red from te engine
i'm kinda new to model railroading so i will need a lot of help. let me jump to the chase, someone gave me a old set of lionel trains bcause they lost interest, in the process of cleaning the engine up i noticed that all the wiring was and is disconnected the markings on the engine are large letters santa fe lower rear cornersblt 8-57 both sides toward the front near the cab door 218 both sides on the under body the only thing i see is lionel diesel switcher blt 8-57 by lionel. i would like to
