I usually work on kits at the kitchen table on Saturday night. I like to listen to Randy Bachman's CBC Radio Show "Vinyl Tap" while I work. Good variety, fun stories. http://www.cbc.ca/vinyltap/

I picked up the 2-10-2 last November. Then after Christmas I found the 4-6-4 Hudson set from the 2005 Holiday season on sale for $49.99. I bought 2. Quite a steal, I thought. I was looking forward to the new one. I see that I am not alone.
Just got a reply from Loblaw's / President's Choice. Thought I would pass on the news. Bummer. Dear Mr. Elms, Thank you for contacting us concerning our PC Train Sets. I will check that tonight. I emailed Rapido and they said that it may be that the underframe was warped due to the packaging being "too tight". He said I could dissassemble the car, steam bend the underframe and re-assemble. Or I could send it in to be fixed. I was thinking that it may be easiest to use washers on the low end to raise the trucks and thus raise the low coupler. But I haven't had time to fully explore the nature of the problem. I would like to try a simple solution first
101014 CNR Gr/Blk PS E series 4-8-4 Duplex Sleeper 'EMPEROR' (Super Continental Line) My wife just bought me this sleeper car as a gift. I was checking it out last and I found the coupler on one end is very low. So low that it it doesn't attach to another coupler very well. I tried about a half dozen cars and engines to see what was going on. On one end the coupler linked just fine to whatever I tried. The other end was too low. Is there a way to adjust this, or is this a design issue
