I was so impressed when I rented this DVD a few months ago, I looked on PBS's web store and ordered it. Its a very nice 48 min long show talking about Union Pacific's 3985 Challenger, how 3977 was saved from the welders torch, shows during 844's restoration. Its shows the back shop's, inside the seven stall roundhouse. It's in widescreen, and it's on sale on there webstore. I got it for $7.50. http://www.shoppbs.org/product/index.jsp?productId=2268425&cp=&sr=1&f
It mesures 1 1/16" by 1". And the gap between the floor and the decoarder is 5/16, but I guess it can be moved some were else.

Ok I will have a look inside.
I just got a Bachmann 4-8-4 Northern Southern Pacific Daylight 4449 with DCC, and I would like to add a sound decorder to it. I would like to know what is a good sound decorder that would sound great in my Daylight? Thanks, Dan.
Thanks David, wow so many sound effects! I will think about it.
Well I order the two Challenger items, the DVD and CD ,Union Pacific Challenger 3985 SoundTrack -America's Steam Trains-Challenger 3985-The Worlds Largest Operating Steam Locomotive. And love them both. The Soundtrack has clean digital sounds of the Challenger, all 27 tracks are music to my ears! And the Pentrex - Union Pacific Big Boy Collection just came today, can't wait to watch it later!!
