Ray: I know, 10W solid state is nothing. Crate is dark, but Blackheart is a division of crate. They make all tube amps. I hate my dads Crate 15R Flexwave-too metallic, clean isn't clean. Been quite some time (and about 10 diners) since I've last been in. What can I say, between football, school, music... Hard to find free time. But it's the weekend after midterms, so I have time. To sum things up: Football: I played tackle, and d-tackle. We won 0 games. I blocked for 2 touchdown runs, had 1 sack, and 5 tackles. I was 2nd string. I missed the last game (last weekend) because I broke my arm in practice. Music: I got my SG, I love it. AC/DC concert rocked. KISS concert next

The Bachmann Spectrum "Heavy" mountain is a decent puller. It can pull 20-30 40' cars with a little bit of effort. It's the only bachmann that I have that has any muscle.
Evenin' Folks! Just a brief stop in. I'm almost certain at this point that my mom won't let me get that M16... So, I'm looking at guitars. My Fender Starcaster is a low end, quality-controlless piece of junk. The amp cable reciever unscrewed itself, and I didn't even touch the amp cable. Fail. So, I'm looking at an Epiphone Les Paul 100, or an Epiphone Les Paul SG G-310. My reasoning for each is: The Les Paul is Jimmy Page's usual guitar, and it sounds great and I like
Morning all! Football camp starts today. Should be hard work, but it should be fun as well. Barry: Sounds like you got a good guitar. Epiphone has a couple vintage 1966 SG versions, but they're out of my price range, which is $200-$300. Todd: Yeah, the Starcaster is Fender's knock off of their Stratocaster. It looks just like one, but the quality isn't that great... I've already had to put a new string on, and I've had to re-screw the amp cable reciever on twice. I'm leaning
