Riogrand, being stupid about trains as a whole, that kind of detail would not bother me. At this point, I really don't need more pulling power! Darn Stewart is now pulling 25 cars like there nothing behind it?
Thanks for looking Randy, any current pictures? How about Crandell? He has one of the best looking layouts I have seen.
You can stare at U-Tube for hours, watching trains on other people layouts.
Rob, that was a great story. I am sure your Grandfather is happy to know you still have his equipment and it will still see the rails under your care. All so thank you for your kind words about K-10 mining section. Love to see a few shoots of what you are working on as well. We like Pictuers! -Caleb, thanks for jouning in as well. Lookinng forward to seeing some shoots from you as well. Jeff W, are you out there, like to hear your story as well! Ken
Thanks for the up date, the PK 1000 at K-10 is that color schema as well. Cuda Ken
Zepher, seems we have similar story's, I sort of got my first train set when I was a round 5. It was a O gauge Santa Fe set from my uncle Harrie (nick name was Fibber MC Gee). Mon was devoiced as well, and could not afford food much less trains. Uncle Harrie had a fair sizes layout and gave me some track, cars and pair of F's in Santa Fee warbonnet colors. I was a happy little boy. Then one day when Mon and I got home, it was gone! Seems uncle Harrie came over while we where out and took the

Thanks to you Simon, that part of my Train History is over! Would you mind sharing your train history Simon. You came a long way as well I am sure. (Simon is now in Digitrax Ad's! ) Ken
You would think for $15.00 plus they could get the RTR cars weight right! I now uses wheel weights 3 OZ cost me 83 cents a stick. That is 36 cents per OZ where penny's are 10 cents per OZ. But much easier and I don't glue my fingers together any more. Cuda Ken
Benny, from me as well. 2 inch apart is fine for running, but if you are working on the trains (big hand from the sky) and changing cars it would be a tight fit if both lines have trains on them. Back of my bench where the trains just run, I use 2.5 inch's, just worked out that way. On the front where I fiddle with the cars, rather passing spur or yard I use 3.5 inch. Just makes it a Little easier not to knock another car off. On turns, I use 3 inches, I run big steam with tighter turns than
