I use Excel also. I really need to get rid of that total spent column.
K-line made a few O27 Hershey sets, I have a K-line Hershey's FA diesel & caboose. I've seen a set with a Geep also.
Nice work Jon! I placed the sound commander between the headlight & motor. Also ran a "tempy" antenna wire thru the front window & under the spring for the pantograph .
I don't use the tower / crewtalk much. I used the RS board to get the Alco engine sounds & that horn, man what a horn. I like the E7/E8 horn sounds too. I originally was looking for an E7 or E8 but then decided to get an Alco engine since I have F7's, one of which I upgraded with an original ERR ac/dc commander & sound commander.
I used a Railsounds FA/PA board from Digital Dynamics. The ERR sound commanders do not have tower/crew talk. However, I read a post from Jon at ERR mentioning they may start selling RS boards some time in the future.
My Williams PA is an older (tho new) engine with the larger none flywheel motors. It had a motor control board only, no sound. I do run conventional engines on the inner loop with a tpc300 & Legacy. Just felt like adding tmcc & sound to it.
I finished installing an ERR cruise / railsounds Alco board in my Williams diesel. Video could be better, check out the engine sounds. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-jGhv_zIyU
Penn Line "HO" was originally built in Boyertown, Pa about 9 miles from my present home. Heh. I think later on Bowser made the kits. Just read the article by Frank Dill, asked my wife if she knew him & turns out he was in my wife's class in school.Small world.
I read that a buyer can ask to use a money order. The seller cannot ask for m.o.'s as payment tho.
I recorded my Challenger's whistle & chuff on my cell phone & could use it as a ring tone. Unfortunately I had the cell phone software updated & I cannot do this anymore.
